Nursing:

Charge Nurses - LPN or RN:
$1,000 Sign-on Bonus

Nurses to take charge of 10:45 PM to 7:15 AM shift and 2:45 PM to 11:00 PM shift, Fulltime including every other weekend. To assess and review resident's strengths and needs. Communicate residents' plan of care to staff and direct specific care to be provided. Ensure physician's orders for medications and treatments are accurately transcribed, noted and implemented. Supervise direct care staff to work as a cohesive team and insure that staffing ratios are maintained.

Requirements:
1 - 5 years experience in Long Term Care or Assisted Living. Supervisory experience preferred. LPN or RN license in NH, First Aid and CPR.
